The Ashley's Learning Center special needs school for autistic and children with other disabilities has recently made another step in a positive direction with fully refurbishing their playground for their students. This project did well in bringing the community together for a greater cause.
Thank you to following affiliates who made this project possible such as the Honorable Sammy Been and Eunice Morris of ED7 for leading this project, Graceway Communities who donated $5,000 worth of labor and materials, Beach Bum Cares who donated playground equipment, EAI Limited donating turf grass, Ben Avenant for being a liaison and connecting everyone together, Napa Auto Parts providing sail shades, and Hope Foundation donating wooden structures.
The opening had a fantastic turn out with speeches from Mrs. Williams from Ashley's Learning Center, Tamell Seymour from Graceway Communities, Hon. Sammy Been from ED7, Hon. E.Jay Saunders, His Hon. Speaker of the House, Gordon Burton, and Hon. Jamell Robinson.
Graceway Communities has worked closely with Ashley's Learning Center in the past and looks forward to seeing the success of its students.
