What if you don’t stock a certain product?

If we don’t have a product that you would like please contact one of our customer services representatives and we will look to make it available in the near future.

Does Graceway Supermarkets provide a delivery service?

We don’t currently provide a delivery service, but we do offer a grocery shopping service from the Graceway Gourmet store in Gracebay. 

Simply download the grocery list here and submit to the Graceway Gourmet store. If there are items that you would like that are not on the list please add in the notes section. Your groceries will then be picked and packed and will be ready for you to pick up at an agreed time. 

We take payment in advance (download the credit card form here) for which there is a fee of $25.00 if your total is under $100.00 and $50.00 if you’re total is over $100.00.

When do you run promotions?

We have ongoing promotions in each of our stores. Details of these can be found on the Savings page, Facebook and Twitter and on flyers in-store.

We also run by-weekly sales at the IGA and Smart stores providing huge savings on everyday products. To receive details of these sales connect with us on Facebook or add yourself to our mailing list here.

What diapers to you carry?

We carry an assortment of diapers from new born to size 6. Brands such as Pampers, Huggies and Baby Basic which are priced from $9.05 to $44.65.

What baby foods do we carry?

We carry a range of baby foods such as Enfamil, Gerber Good start, Lactogen, Nestum  and Simalac, in liquid and powder form. We also carry Organic Baby food. Graceway IGA carries the Gerber brand and Graceway Gourmet the Ella’s brand, so there is plenty of choice!

Do you sell any organic foods?

We offer a range of Organics at both Graceway Gourmet and Graceway IGA.  A sample of the organic products we supply can be found in the attached.

Are our carrier bags bio-degradable?

They certainly are. We care about our planet and the Island of Turks and Caicos.

What hours do you sell alcohol?

We sell alcohol within the hours permitted by our licence: 7:00am – 10:00pm (9:00pm Graceway Gourmet) Monday to Saturday. No alcohol is sold on Sunday at any of our stores.

Do you have a deli platter order service?

We do. Our tempting range includes hot finger foods such as chicken tenders, BBQ wings, meat balls and cold selections such as sandwiches, wraps, fruit platters, snacks and sweet treats. 

Simply visit our website to see the delicious platters available, download our order form, print it out, fill it in and hand it to a colleague at the Graceway IGA in-store deli counter at least [12 hours] before your event.  Then all you need to do is pick up your food on the agreed date and enjoy your party!

The deli platter ordering service is not available to order online due to system limitations.

Why are prices higher in the Turks and Caicos?

In the Turks and Caicos islands there is no tax such as income tax, state tax or sales tax. Instead, a duty (tax) is applied to all imported products (which accounts for 99% of all goods). On some items such as produce and meat, there is only 7.5% duty, but other goods duties can be considerably higher and average 25% to 35%. There is also the additional cost of shipping these good from their source to the TCI, so a typical basket of goods will cost you an average 25%-30% more than stateside.  There is no further cost tax or duty when you check out.
