Ingredients
- sliced red onion
- lettuce leaves
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- burger buns
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate. Cover chicken in oil, garlic and salt and pepper seasoning.
- Lightly spray a saute pan with cooking or oil spray. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Grill burger buns until light crisp.
